Well December is here and almost leaving us!! It has been ToO lOnG since the last time we posted.. ok I say we.. but I think I'm alone in this. We will give them time. Like I promised.. I will be filling you in on Lynsi and Mitch until Lynsi gets the hang of it :)To be fair, I still haven't shown Lynsi how to do it exactly.. so i get a couple posts of my own! So here is a recap of Thanksgiving. We all met at Katie's for the weekend, hoping for snow but we didn't get a single flake! Even so, we had a BLAST! We, being Lynsi, Mitch, baby-in-tummy, Lisa, Andrew, Austin and I. We started off the weekend with cooking. then before the big dinner we played a rousing game of basketball and football.. we won't mention who won, it's complicated. After a great game, we started getting ready for dinner- it was so good! Kate did a great job on everything, it was really yummy! Of course we had to play some games.. what would a Pickett party be without the games!? Andrew was a good sport- the ice was definitely broken!! He fits right in! Then we decided to have a little competition.. making .. thats right ... gingerbread mansions! the girls won, by a long shot! The weekend went by too fast. We had fun together! Hands down we have the best family.. the only down side it that we all weren't there. Next year. We'll make it happen!

So now that we are back in Idaho, Lynsi has been preparing more and more for the little baby. She's made her December calendar for the fridge and has the days numbered for the little baby.Time is ticking away!! Mitch will be in Nicaragua for a week, and then only two more weeks and the baby will be here!! That's right January 14 is the big day! Although, we all are betting she comes early. Ahuh that's right i said she. No we don't know what the sex is yet, but Lynsi has us all convinced it's a girl. Even me, who was dead-set on a boy. We will see! Any bets?? Just the other day i was over and Lynsi was doing her sanitizing. Opens up all the windows in the house, does a general dust, vacuum, and organizing then she gets down and dirty with the Clorox! You would never know this girl is pregnant if you saw her cleaning! Mom's jeans definitely transferred to Lyns! The house looked AmAzInG!! And smelt so good! The next project is cleaning out the spare room! Bring it on!

I think she is really feeling it now- all she wants to do is take a run around the block! Or bend down and touch her toes! She's getting anxious but don't worry Lyn's, its almost through!!
